401Ks

Temporary Employees are eligible after one year of service and 500 hours if part-time. Enrollment is twice per year.

Participating in the plan is easy. One you've joined, your contributions are automatically deducted from your paycheck and you automatically receive tax benefits.

PsiNapse makes a safe harbor matching contribution of 100% of elective deferrals up to 3% of each eligible participant's compensation, plus 50% of elective deferrals on the next 2% of each eligible participant's compensation.
