PsiNapse values your expertise and offers very competitive hourly rates to all of our temporary employees. Our Staffing Specialists will monitor and guide your contract term and will advise you when a modification should be made to your hourly rate. Payroll checks are issued twice a month. You will be paid for the prior period's timecard at the agreed upon rate. For temporary employees (W2), PsiNapse handles all payroll deductions required by state and federal law. We also match social security contributions and provide workers compensation insurance. PsiNapse also offers a number of other benefits for our temporary employees..
Our recruiter's will meet with you to qualify your job skills and discuss available opportunities. Pending a job fit, the recruiter will schedule an interview with the client manager for you. Prior to the meeting, you will be briefed on the unique requirements and interpersonal skills required of the assignment.
When on assignment, the PsiNapse Account Manager communicates frequently with you and the client to discuss temporary employees status and potential concerns.
PsiNapse conducts Consultant and Client Satisfaction Surveys to evaluate PsiNapse's overall performance in an effort to improve the quality of our service.
