Case Study No. 1: Global Electronic Entertainment Publisher

Our client, the American arm of a Japanese based publisher, is a worldwide leader in interactive entertainment for the home and retail markets.  This publisher develops and distributes interactive entertainment software products for a variety of hardware platforms including PC, wireless devices, and products manufactured by Nintendo, Microsoft, and Sony Computer Entertainment.  PsiNapse has been a close partner with our client and its game developer subsidiaries in the supply and management of Quality Assurance and specialized service providers since 2000, placing well over 300 consultants per year. 

As required by the terms of this partnership, our client originates service requests by directly communicating detailed accounts of specific projects and the inherent technical requirements.  Teams of 30 to 100 professionals are routinely requested for each project.  Our temporary employees must collectively and individually satisfy specific tasks and deliverables, and be ready for immediate assignment upon short notice.

To fulfill these ongoing, high volume requisitions, PsiNapse maintains an accurate and real time team of professionals in our proprietary database that correlate to the skills defined for various titles.  Our Staffing Managers are constantly identifying and assessing individuals with the appropriate profile, aptitude, and cultural fit to compliment our client’s environment and technical requirements.  These proactive strategies enable us to maintain 100% Fill Ratios. 

At any given time, PsiNapse is the employer-on-record for teams in excess of 120 temporary employees.  A mutually strong relationship with managers and our contractors minimizes our clients risk of in-completion of deliverables and unnecessary turnover, saving all parties time while increasing their return on investment.

Case Study No. 2: MMO Publisher

Our client is owned by the world's leading multi-platform casual games company, with expertise in the online, mobile, interactive TV and retail categories.  They bring together the most compelling game content and distribute it through global partners in addition to providing innovative services and solutions.  Their Game Center platform is the industry standard and has been adopted by some of the world's top corporations.

Since March 2005, PsiNapse has been providing our client with qualified Electronic Entertainment temporary employees.  At the beginning of the engagement, the client requisitioned 13 Quality Assurance experts, with limited lead-time, to test several electronic entertainment games.  With resounding success, our staffing team located capable workers in the stipulated timeframe with the prerequisite mobile technology experience and cultural fit.  Based on our proven capabilities of highly responsive, on-time performance, our contract was extended past the original nine-month term.  PsiNapse has invoiced the client over $1.2 Million since 2005.
