Step 1: Pre-Screening

Our goal is to provide you with a throughly vetted and highly qualified temporary employee.  To strengthen the qualification process, Risk Management Compliance is incorporated into the hiring process as early as a prospective Applicant inquiry.  

  • All employees must provide authorization for background checks inclusive of criminal records.
  • PsiNapse has a strict Substance Abuse Policy. All employees are required to comply with this policy and must consent to drug testing when required for pre-employment.

Step 2: Employment Application

To ensure our candidates exceed your requirements we carefully read and analyze the Applicant's resume, employment application and correspondence.  The Application Process follows all EEOC, ADA, and OSHA requirements and practices.

Step 3: Interview

PsiNapse is dedicated to a healthy Risk Management culture to ensure that we are selecting rather than accepting the best temporary employees.  During the interview we establish an Employer-Employee Relationship, identify discrepancies, and verify the information provided on the Application.

Step 4: Employee Selection

Our selection process involves choosing the best candidates with the best abilities, skills and knowledge for your required position.  PsiNapse will provide you with a number of candidates to ensure that you have the best selection available.

Step 5: Orientation & Training

PsiNapse takes our responsibility as a provider of temporary employees very seriously.  We are committed to providing a safe working environment and Workers’ Compensation Insurance.  To help ensure a seamless transition to your job site our comprehensive onboarding process includes the following activities:
