PsiNapse is an active member of the National Association of Computer Consultant Businesses (NACCB) - Northern California Chapter, an organization that promotes fair business practices. NACCB is proactive in developing industry standards of operation; educating clients, consultants, and internal staff on legislative issues of the day; and fostering the highest degree of ethical performance. NACCB members DO NOT have unreasonable non-competition clauses or unfairly prevent a consultant from pursuing other opportunities. NACCB members DO refrain from soliciting employees of their own active clients. NACCB members DO NOT induce consultants to breach or improperly interfere with a contractual relationship. NACCB members DO have a clear policy for payment of consulting, marketing and recruiting personnel. NACCB members DO comply with clients' established business practices including those policies relating to gifts and gratuities to client employees. PsiNapse is committed to the Business Principles of the NACCB. PsiNapse is an active member of the California Staffing Professionals (CSP) , an organization which provides products and services to its members within the staffing services industry. Specifically their objectives are: Ethics: To promote and maintain high standards of services and business integrity through the dissemination, application and enforcement of the CSP Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Responsibility. Legislative Advocacy: To represent the Staffing Industry by exerting collective influence in matters of mutual concern and by advocating beneficial legislation. Public Relations: To raise the visibility of CSP to employer clients and the public as a reliable source of information and thereby increase their understanding of the role of the staffing professional.
